1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between xbaj and every individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the xbaj platform in any capacity. This Agreement applies to all sections of the platform including, but not limited to, sports betting, live casino, slots, virtual sports, water polo betting, and all associated payment and account management functions.

By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, or by continuing to use the xbaj platform after any update to this Agreement has been published, you confirm that you have read and understood the full text of these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance.

xbaj reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where material changes are made, xbaj will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an on-screen notice. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2 Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on the xbaj platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. xbaj does not accept registrations from individuals under 21 years old. 21+ only.
• You must be the registered holder of a valid Bangladeshi mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) or a valid bank card, used for the purpose of depositing and withdrawing funds.
• You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction, or personal self-exclusion arrangement that prohibits you from participating in online gambling activities.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered on any national or voluntary self-exclusion register in Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction in which you reside.
• You must access the xbaj platform for personal, recreational entertainment only — not on behalf of any third party, business, or syndicate.

3 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to register and maintain exactly one xbaj account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, xbaj reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed through them, and withhold any associated balance pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, and mobile banking details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delayed withdrawals or account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. xbaj will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact xbaj support immediately at [email protected].

xbaj reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Acceptance of a registration does not constitute a waiver of xbaj's right to subsequently close or suspend an account where these Terms and Conditions are found to have been breached.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the xbaj platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xbaj does not accept deposits in any foreign currency. Currency conversion is neither offered nor required — your account operates entirely in BDT.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional banking options including Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank may be available subject to operational availability. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are displayed in the cashier section of the platform and may be updated periodically.

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are generally credited to your xbaj account within seconds of confirmation. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15–30 minutes for bKash and Nagad under normal operating conditions. Processing times for card-based withdrawals may be longer. xbaj is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure outside xbaj's direct control.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account, or to a verified method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. xbaj reserves the right to request additional documentation (such as a national ID or mobile banking statement) before approving any withdrawal, in accordance with our anti-money-laundering obligations.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the xbaj platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are made available within each product section of the platform and should be read before placing any bet. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms and Conditions, the product-specific rules shall take precedence for matters relating to bet settlement.

All bets accepted by xbaj are final once confirmed. xbaj does not accept requests to amend, cancel, or void a bet after confirmation, except in circumstances where xbaj determines that: (a) the bet was accepted due to a manifest error in odds or lines; (b) the relevant event was cancelled or abandoned in accordance with the applicable product rules; or (c) the bet breaches these Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to grossly incorrect odds, incorrect event information, or technical malfunction — xbaj reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. The decision of xbaj on all manifest error matters is final.

Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time at xbaj's discretion, including during periods of uncertain match status, delayed score updates, or technical issues. Bets placed immediately before a suspension may be voided if the relevant information was not available to xbaj at the time of acceptance.

Casino game outcomes on the xbaj platform are determined by certified RNG (random number generator) systems supplied by our game studio partners, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. xbaj does not influence game outcomes. Certified RNG systems produce genuinely unpredictable results on every game round, independent of previous outcomes.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

xbaj may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated in the promotion description, which form part of this Agreement when you opt into or claim the relevant bonus.

General bonus conditions that apply to all xbaj promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is specified in the offer terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another account.
• xbaj reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, including after it has been credited to an account, if we determine it was claimed fraudulently, through abuse of multiple accounts, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds before wagering requirements are met remain as bonus funds and are not withdrawable until the full wagering requirement is completed.
• Bonus offers are available to residents of Bangladesh only, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xbaj platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account in a name other than your own legal name.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using the xbaj platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access for an under-age individual.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer any aspect of the xbaj platform, including game software, odds algorithms, or payment systems.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated play at live tables.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund your account.
• Laundering money or using the xbaj platform in connection with any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward xbaj staff or other platform users.

xbaj cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence units in Bangladesh and internationally. Any suspicious activity on the platform will be reported in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism-financing regulations.

8 Responsible Gaming

xbaj is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling among all users of the platform. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable recreational activity, and we take seriously our obligation to protect players who may be at risk of problem gambling behaviour.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the xbaj platform — including but not limited to the xbaj brand name, logo, graphics, interface designs, software, text, images, data compilations, and game assets provided by third-party studios — is the intellectual property of xbaj or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xbaj platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content; create derivative works based on xbaj content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform; or use xbaj's brand assets in any commercial context without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of xbaj's intellectual property is a breach of this Agreement and may constitute a violation of applicable law. xbaj will take appropriate legal action to protect its intellectual property rights where necessary.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbaj, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the xbaj platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes (which are subject to inherent variance and risk).
• Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions in service outside xbaj's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions taken by xbaj in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, including account suspension, bet voidance, or bonus withdrawal.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, internet infrastructure failures, or actions of government authorities.

Nothing in this clause shall operate to exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Where xbaj is found liable for any claim, xbaj's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The xbaj platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While xbaj takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and connection are adequate and secure.

11 Privacy & Data

xbaj collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement and should be read alongside it. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, how it is protected, and what rights you have in relation to your data.

By registering an account on xbaj, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, responsible gaming monitoring, and where you have opted in, marketing communications. xbaj does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial purposes.

12 Amendments to These Terms

xbaj may amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated document will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, xbaj will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice via registered email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the xbaj platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to initiate any pending withdrawal of funds before closing your account.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

13 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the xbaj platform shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable principles of online entertainment and consumer protection as recognised in the jurisdiction relevant to the parties. xbaj operates as a digital platform serving the Bangladesh market and applies standards consistent with internationally recognised online gaming best practices.

Any disputes between you and xbaj that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. xbaj will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, both parties agree to seek resolution through a mutually agreed mediation or arbitration process before pursuing any other legal remedy.

Nothing in this Agreement affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be waived or restricted by contract.
